REALTOR® & COMMUNITY CONNECTOR
I didn't get into real estate from a classroom. I got in from the properties themselves.
12 years in property services. 6 years running operations. A real estate license that was the natural next step in a system I'd already been building.
WHERE I COME FROM
I've spent over a decade preparing properties. I know what makes them show well — and what doesn't.
Magic Touch has been my family's business for over 16 years. I didn't come to this work through a referral or a business card, I grew up around it. That's not a vendor relationship. That's a built-in advantage.
I started on the labor side in 2012 doing the work. By 2018 I was running operations: managing the team, handling client relationships, estimating jobs, keeping projects on schedule.
That experience gave me something most agents don't have: I know what a property looks like before it's ready and what it takes to get it there.

WHY I GOT MY LICENSE
I already had the network. I already had the relationships.
I just needed the seat at the table.
Through years of working with property managers and property owners, I built real relationships across the industry. I understood what it costs to prep a home before listing and I knew which vendors could be trusted.
So I got my license. Not to start something new but to complete something I had already been building.
When you work with JM Residential Group, you get the real estate expertise and the operational network together. That combination is key.
ONE NETWORK. ONE POINT OF CONTACT
Most agents hand you a list of vendors and wish you luck.
I hand you the relationships I've spent 12 years building.
Through Magic Touch, I have direct access to the services sellers need before going to market, and depending on your situation, I have the connections across the trades built through years of working in this industry.

And more..
Not a referral list — actual working relationships with people I've managed jobs with for years. When we walk through your home and identify what needs to be done, I'm connecting you to a network that already knows how to deliver.

THIS IS HOME
I didn't choose these neighborhoods because the data looked good. I grew up here.
Northeast Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley aren't a target market to me. I grew up right next door to these communities. I went to Eagle Rock Jr./Sr. High (7-12), Rockdale (6), Buchanan St. Elementary in HLP (2-5), Fletcher Elementary in Glassell Park (K-1), and Atwater Elementary (Pre-K).
When I say I'm a community connector, I mean it literally. This is my community. I'm invested in what happens here long after your transaction closes.
THE OPERATOR
Family business. 16 years. Built-in advantage.
Painting, cleaning, power washing, junk removal and more. The hands-on knowledge of what it takes to make a property show well.
THE BUILDER
A system built before the license.
The prep network, the vendor relationships, the operational experience — all in place. The license was the last piece, not the first.
THE LOCAL
Northeast LA and the SGV are home.
Grew up here. Still here. The relationships aren't professional — they're personal. That difference shows up in how I work.
REALTOR® AND COMMUNITY CONNECTOR
The 'and' is the whole point.
Most agents are transactional. They show up, close the deal, and move on. I operate differently. Not because I decided to position myself that way, but because the work I've done in this community for over a decade made it inevitable.

COMMUNITY CONNECTOR
= The transaction is the beginning of the relationship. Not the end.
A CORE VALUE: TRANSPERANCY
I'm new to real estate. I don't have a stack of closed deals at this point yet. What I have is 12 years of operational experience in a family business, a network built through real work, and a genuine connection to the communities I serve.
If that's the kind of agent you're looking for, let's start here.
No commitment. No pressure. Just real information.
